Creating a New Online Account

To create a new account, from the login page,  Click 'Sign up'  from the top of the page.

Enter your email address to begin, read the privacy policy if desired, click 'agree' and 'Sign Up'

Locate the email sent by the system, and click the link to set your password:

Create a strong password.  Don't worry, if you forget your password, you can always reset it in the same manner as creating one.

After completing the password, you will see the confirmation screen, then click 'Login' and you will be redirected back to the login screen.  Login with your email address and password and you are ready to complete the registration form!

Additional Frequently Asked Questions

  • I forgot my password...
    • Click the 'forgot password' button on the login page, enter your email address and click Submit. A link will then be emailed to you to create a new password.

 

  • My alarm company is not listed...
    • Scroll down and select 'None of the above' from the drop down.

 

  • How does the expiration date work... I don't understand the annual count date...
    • Your annual count date begins with your original alarm permit registraion date and resets every year on that date.
